Set the clinic name, pick a language, and start the call. The agent will answer as if a patient just dialled in — ready to help with appointment booking, report status, or pricing.

Substituted into the greeting. The bot will refer to itself as the clinic's assistant.

The greeting opens in this language and asks if the caller wants to switch.

What the agent can do
  • Book an appointment — ask for a test, pick a date, choose from offered slots.
  • Check a report — sample IDs that work: ABC123, DEF456 (ready), XYZ789, GHI321 (pending). Anything else triggers the default fallback.
  • Quote prices — try "how much for a CBC?", "X-ray price?", "MRI cost?".
  • Connect to a human — say "I'd like to speak to staff" — call ends with advisor_handoff_requested.
